Soils and Percolation test- New Construction $300.00 Repair/upgrade $150.00 (a $50.00 fee per ½ hour is charged to the owner when the Soils and percolation test time exceeds 3 hours.)
Plan Review Fee $75.00 Additional Revisions $50.00
Approved Septic Plan construction permit – New Construction $ 500.00 Upgrade/Repair $ 250.00 (includes necessary inspections for the construction and repair. Inspections exceeding 4 inspections the owner will be charged $50.00 per additional inspection)
